On location is owner Michelle Polay and decorator Debbie Schramm who offer their extensive experience to assist and guide clients in choosing the right decorative solution while providing estimates for custom projects. Michelle and Debbie provide in-home, one-on-one consultations for all of their clients design needs – starting with their personal design conception and smoothly guiding clients through installation.
